Despite my own comprehensive listing and having looked at several others, there appears to be sod all on today, and I want to go out. Anyone know of any event on?

Goin' for a non-petrolhead day today. Takin' the family just down the road to Silchester Roman ruins for a walk an' a look round the dig that's goin' on there

I just tried sitting on my trike, first time since I got the frame off the leg - could only JUST get me foot on the touring peg thats bolted to the engine bar, very disappointed to see how far I got to go and the physio wasn't encouraging about how much movement I'll get back - so I'm gonna be doing lots of exercises today - tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow........

My other arf (non-biker) can't see what difference a month or so makes..........
Don't tell him, but it might make the difference between me spending £400 or so on a Kliktronic gear changer! Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Take pain relief before doing the exercises. That way you get better and faster results. Also do the exercises religously

Set off for the Black Country show but got a call on the M25 from Mad Dog reminding me about the Eana MCC's show in Waltham Abbey so detoured to that instead. Good call, Mr Dog - just what I needed. :)

If I 'd of seen this earlier I would have invited you out with me to the best air show I've even been to, its also free and only 25 miles up the road, absolutely fantastic, will post some pics later :)

Just got back from trip down to Poole harbour then on to Mudeford. Very pleasant. Loads of bikes on the roads. Was a rally at Eastleigh this weekend I'm told. Hit torrential rainstorm on the M27 on the way home though, so off for a soak in a hot bath. Gran, best of luck with the leg, (I'll carry your equipment for you anytime!), & thanks for introducing me to a certain young lady. Yes, it WAS her who invited me! :D
