You can have a load of the damn elastic bands the chuffin postman drops outside my door every day if you like.....wouldn't mind but the dog eats 'em and can understand why, whens it had a poo outside, it's following him in afterwards.

Most of the leather workers at rallies do them
or contact

i have had a massive pair of saddle bags made for my trike from him and can vouch for his work
you could even have a some carving put on them (depending on the size and design etc....)

Hi folks
Wulfgar of sdleather here.

Has anyone got pics of these FB clips?

Cos I can probably make em if I've got a pic.

Have made extender side panels for waistcoats (with lacing up the side) for my otherhalf's waistcoat and have made a complete waistcoat as well. Pics of those aint on the website (yet). Apart from all the other leather work we have done that is on the website.

Thanks for the recommendation Yoda.
Your tool roll is gonna be finished tonight. :D

Hi Wulfgar, the FB's I've seen are just tooled leather straps that go from the presstuds across each have a sort of fastner each end errrrmmmm not making myself very clear really am I?
Just a leather strap with a popper each end that pops into the poppers of the waistcoat.... Ooooooh pop, pop, pop.
(snigger snigger, little old forum joke there )

Yep we can do them and It wouldn't take that long to make them.

If you cannot find them at the rock n blues give us an email and will sort them out for you.

Thanks Pat, know what you are on about.

They will be so easy to make and I suppose i could tool them too or put names on them etc.
Depends on the fasteners on the waistcoat though. I think I might have some of them type of fastner left in my rivets and poppers box.

This is what biking is all about somebody helping out with what they do or what they know, just because they can and not because they are going to make a fortune out of it. It makes me feel warm inside to realise there is still help out there whether it is on something important or something more trivial. Lets all keep the faith. ;)

Thank you Rabid.

We cannot make a fortune out of custom leatherwork...as for some reason no one seems to want it these days :( (ok yoda I wasn't including you in that statement). And we want to keep it as a hobby.

We enjoy doing leatherwork as its varied and interesting and we aint knocking out the same thing time and time again, everything we do is made to the customers specs (when we have a customer that is :) )

Sorry if this sounds like an advert. but we want people to see what we can do and maybe keep us in mind if they require anything done in the future.
