Nice to see that the twice defunct Indian Motor co has been bought by Stellican Ltd , lock stock and barrell.

Stephen Julius of Stellican , bought out the defunct U.S Chris Craft company about four years ago and turned it right around. Let's hope he can do the same with Indian and start chipping away at HD.

Stellican is a London based company too! Hurrah!!!!! :)

There was somebody doing strange four cylinder things under the guise of Indian somewhere in Scottyland if memory serves right.

The real deal Indian Motor co USA was doing a take on S&S evo motors in softail style frames and badging them up as Chiefs , Scouts etc. Arnie rode one in Terminator 3. They did bring out their own designed engine just before their bankers withdrew funding and forced them into chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Mr.Julius says he's going to evaluate the market for six months and then set about designing their own bike from the ground up - one model at a time.
Sounds really good - he's the man that bought out ailing Chris craft after Outboard Marine Corp ( OMC) went bust awhile back and turned it around big time!

Probabaly means didley squat to everyone , but I always like to see people be successfull when they put their balls on the line.
