Hey does anyone out there have any pictures of the pcb?...or know of any webs sites that might have pictures?
ive searched the web but bugger all, St Ledger Harley refuse to answer emails, and also refuse point blank to give any info on the show, Now i know that event took place, cause i was there, but past that...its very hush hush
so over to real people...anyone?
also
if you know of an exibitor who attended, I'd also like their names to please....as i say, st ledger harley say it is against the rules to give a list, or tell anyone who was there....and i'd like to build a web site to draw interest for next year
thanks in advance

Our show report will be out in Iss 56.Dont you think you should get permission from the organisers re the website, or you could end up causing big trouble for yourself,(re copyright etc) I would think they will be doing their own this year as the show went well, I really dont think its your place to take it upon yourself to do it.

dont you?.....dont you really?......if you held a forum party, and a week later some one who was there asked for a list of the party goers....would you tell them that it is against regulations to tell anyone who was there?....in fact would you make it impossible for anyone to find out?
who exibited at doncaster? I only know what i seen on men and motors.....there is no other information....and how can you ask st leger harley for there permission, when the do not answer emails from the people who paid to be there in the first place......If this is the way they are going to go on, i Doubt there will be a show next year

I dont know of many bikes shows who would give you a list of their paying exhibitors. It may even come under Data Protection, the same way we do not give out our subscriber lists etc, St Leiger HD were only main sponsers and not organisers, so I dare say its not their place to give info out anyway.
Yes there most defo is going to be a show next year, bigger & better too!
Sorry but making a nuisance of yourself to them isnt going to help you get in there next year is it. Slow down, take a breath and be diplomatic.... :D

It does come under data protection act. Unless you have specific agreed ( ie signed) paperwork from a company who has paid you money to exhbit you are not allowed ( by law) to give out their info.
The flip side of the coin ( from the organisers point of view) is why give out this info for your competitors to approach them and put on another show? I dont think so. I only know cause im involved in exhibition contracting and work, you guard the info as best as you can, even to the point of stopping known competitores gaining entry to your show. So I'm not at all suprised that no one is giving out the info and Ill be amazed if you get any. Mind you did they publish a show guide? if so you usually find all the info you need in those.

nope no show guide......so are you not infringing the copyright laws by printing pictures in your mag?.....or are you going to blur out any signs that might say who was sat there?.......
if you are...i give you my permission to leave my name on.
as far as im concerned..it was a public event...after all you had to pay to get in.....and the web is a public domain.....so if i want to post pictures of the event on a website, built and owned by my self, and the organisers want to persue the matter, then that can take me to court...all the same to me
but i never asked for this or your reply....all i asked for were pictures for a web site i wanna build, and perhapse complie a list of people who bothered to make this happen
