No more soft liberal attitudes. Its about time this bloody country got off its arse, got over its apathy and cracked on with dealing with scum in a manner they desrve. That little bastard that raped them 4 young kids is having his identity hidden because he's 14. He was old enough to know what he was doin to them little girls, he's old enough to pay the feckin price and that in my eyes should be castration and public humiliation. This country has gone down the **** pan because of this liberal attitude towards punishment etc, you only have to look at the news over the last 7 days. Yep, im pro identity cards now, an oath of allegiance should be sworn to this country and if you do a crime then you pay, not have a holiday while the victims are left to pick up the pieces.
Also whilst im at it. Those scum who blew themselves up on the underground etc should have no graves, no memorials etc. Theyre bodies (or should i say bits) should be burnt with half a pound of bacon (waste of bacon i know) and flushed down the bloody sewer.

I think he will get wot he deserves. cos they dont release name to rest of the country dont meen that the pepes, girls involved dont know who it is, and i'm sure they will be liberal with the telling of it, lol.

No doubt in a couple of yrs he'll be out with a new identity, house, life etc.

heard about this 14 y/o on the radio yesterday and it did sicken me, i feel he should be handed to the parents one at a time, if theres anthing left then he should be put in stocks in a large town centre on a friday night with a sign explaining his crimes, maybe if this type of punishment was allowed we wouldn't have so many serious crimes commited grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I agree entirely with that.

On the other subject, a convicted criminal should never be given anonimity.
The victims should.
The accused should also be anonymous until convicted just in case he is in fact innocent.

That's a very valid point

Of course, it's a well known fact that nobody has ever been convicted when they are in fact innocent!

You are correct, but you have to draw the line somewhere

No, ID cards has nothing to do with the kid raping girls, it was just an add on cause im sick of people being able to hide with false names etc. If this kid is guilty (yes there have been some misjustices in our fair land) then he should be named, if he's not guilty then no, he shouldnt but thats not my point. I think some people like to be picky for the sake of it. I wonder if the people who like all these wonderful liberal ideas would still feel the same if it was their kid raped, husband, wife, kids etc blown up on a bus etc. Basically im saying we need a crack down and if your old enough to do the crime then you should be named and shamed.

I agree and also, theres an anomoly in British law. Kids under a certain age cant be tried as adults. Sound s fair you say, well hold on. If they are not responsible for there own actions, who is. Surely the parents should be up in court too. But that would be unfair wouldnt it because parents are no longer allowed to discipline their kids.

Its ass, thats what it is. Pick an age, any age. Above that age, try them as adults, below that age hold parents responsible. Give parents back the right to bring up their kids and punish them etc as they see fit. Parents know better than politicians!

And yes, if hes guilty name him and put his picture in all the papers. Put him on the sex offenders register for life and let the other prisoners know hes a nonce too!!

Did like the idea with the razor blades :D
first thing we have to do is arrest ALL the liberal do gooders, then the crims won't have anyone to bleat about rights to, if your caught, your nicked, simple!,
If your old enough to be CAPABLE of rape, and your proven to have committed the crime it shouldn't matter what age you are.
all crimes deemed to be against the people of this country should as i said before have their rights under british law revoked. once found guilty, life sentence unless an immigrant in which case shipped out. and a dna sample taken in case the feckers try to return using a different name.

It's not always the parents fault either. When my eldest was about 11 he bought a mate home, who was very polite and well behaved. We were told by neighbours that this lad came from a 'Bad lot' and his brother had been in the nick etc. We decided that we would give him a chance as you can't tar all of a family with the same brush. However, within a few months a copper had come to the house to say that my son and this lad had been smashing windows on a electricity transformer building. We roasted our lad and banned him from seeing this lad again (also offered to pay for damaged windows). We learnt, years later that although we tried everything to keep them apart, they had still knocked around together and fortunately had not got into further trouble. After my son left with his mother to go to Kidderminster (following our divorce) the other lad ended up in serious trouble. We did all we could to stop our son being influenced by this lad and only divorce prevented him from getting into trouble as well.
