I'd just like to start a positive thread about the Farmyard Party.
It was a feckin brilliant weekend, the weather (untill sun pm ) was excellent if a tad on the warm side, the company was bloody good, the 100% Biker Party marquee went down a storm, the marshals tee shirts all looked pretty cool too...
The bands all played fantastically, ****tin Bricks headlining on fri night were real troopers and just kept on playing until the stripper finally arrived around 1am!!
Of course the highlight of the weekend was of course The Beer Monsters!! Thanks for your support guys you were brilliant.... the tees looked good too....
Nice to see Lyne & Gary
Freak, Wankel
Minxy & Jester
Abs & Alice
Kennp
Grav & Missis
Blue

and loads more I cannot remember.
I'd like to also thank Creature for doing a great job working over the weekend, also Rick Hulse for all his hard work organising the entertainment for us and his wonderfully PC correct signs outside the marquee... :D
I hope everyone enjoyed the party as much as we did... :D

Indeedy Pat.

Apart from a brief visit from Mr Shouty, the weekend was A1. There's just something about riding down that track that sends a pleasant shiver down your spine, even more poignant now.

I forgot just how big the rally was! The biggest we've been to (since last year's FYP) was CWBB. Seeing the stream of bikes leaving from when I got up at about 8 on Sunday made me realise how lucky we'd been getting a spot up near the last bar! It must have been a good half hour walk for those camped at the back.

And a big well done to Creature for making it there and back. Hope you're putting your feet up for a while now mate.

Lynne - could you please tell Emma that, resistant to rock throwing, my ankle is fine ;)

See you all in a field soon

What a top weekend
Good weather, company and entertainment.
Managed to get into the 100% tent for the comedy show sat pm and laughed for 3 hours. Also managed to get in for the Beer Monsters sat night. As we entered the marquee you could could feel a real party atmosphere with everyone singing and dancing the night away.

I couldn't fault the Farmyard Party one bit, even the bogs were kept proper clean over the whole weekend.

Thanks to all who provided a service and I wish everyone affected by the devastation of sunday afternoon a speedy recovery.

Thank you.

Was a brilliant weekend, wish I could have spent more time pestering Pat and Rik, but thought I would let someone else have a chance for once ;) , I do know one thing, 100% biker won't be the same when they have gone, Garry and I will deffinitly be going to Portugal once they are ready for us, I think they should have a biker campsite/bar similar to the one in calafel (what do you think minxy ?)

Minxy....... I explained to Emma how she could have damaged your foot and her reply was "she has another one" :D LOL..... she also said, "well at least it didn't hit her face otherwise she wouldn't be pretty anymore" awwww :) is she forgiven now ?

Well, on the positive side - a bloody great weekend with good company and the chance to chill. Nice to see ya all again.
This is still my favourite rally although I 'm not sure about all the changes - not that long ago everybody would gather in the main arena and party - now it seems so spread out that the main party area is never as full or rocking as it used to be - maybe it's just me but the atmosphere don't seem as good.
The highlight for me once again was in the 100% tent when the Beermonsters took to the stage - I don't normally praise bands that much but these guys seem to remember the most basic thing - people have come to have a good time. Other bands there were great musically - the Black Sabbath stuff was performed well but to me that's not party music.
Beermonsters play what people know and love - even bloody Cracklin Rosie - who asked for that then??
Keep up the good work guys - hopefully you'll be back next year.

No they didn't play cracklin rosie.....but they did play sweet caroline, which is equally as good, the beer monsters also told the whole audience to Blame "Lynne" PMSL so i took my hat off and bowed respectfully and proud, you should have seen all these big bikers dancing and singing to it *fan bloody tastic* the beer monsters were absolutely brilliant and I want a beermonster T Shirt :D

Nail, Head.

You've summed up our work ethic exceptionally well. How can you have a party if the band's not partying with you?

Mind if we nick your quote for the website?

Cheers folks.

Paul, Huw and Robin.
