I've never known stress like it! you don't want to know the saga! suffice to say that first time buyers and the pratts that bought my place, just didn't have a clue and Estate agents should be shot along with solicitors, traffic wardens, and politicians!

I now own B & Q, and all the local garden centres! Even though they won't acknowledge the fact!

And to top it all, It wants a new bleedin' kitchen!

Oh, and I had Happisburgh beach delivered Thursday to recover and lay over the old driveway! 8 ton of 3/4" shingle! My back hurts!

One good thing though I've lost two n'arf stone in weight since the end of Jan!
