Here's an exercise program for all you, who spend a little too much time sat down at their desks on 100% Biker forum {and putting all the good come backs lines on , before i get home and have a chance} and not enough time looking after your bodies....

You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.
