Selling - newly recon'd Shorrocks C75 supercharger. Can not get this thing fitted to my bike without extensive frame mod's and it's too expensive to leave on a mantlepiece...
£500, buyer collects
is it bike specific?
or can it fit anything...such as a reliant 850 engine and would i need to purchase further parts to fit it.
and how easy are they to fit?
and what gains could be expected?
i aint no mechanic so nice and simple please :D

These were commonly used on Mini engines, they need an SU 1 1/2" carb and a manifold making for whatehever engine it's to be fitted to.
I think it was Alik I was talking to about this (Doncaster show the other Sunday...), generally a shim is required between the crankcase and barrels to reduce compression (60thou"), a pulley attached to the crank to connect the charger, manifold and carb.
There's some detailed information about these chargers on the net, servicing, carb sizes, engine capacities etc
