well MOnday mornings finally arived ( what a bummer) (but i suppose it brings us 1 day nearer to friday).....

and what a lovely morning it is - nice n fresh but not too hot and the local wildlife still around - how i like watching stoats playing a round....

Only a short walk this morning ( still knackered from weekend), this is the 2nd time ive managed a walk on a monday after a rally - must be getting fitter again.

today the old baones say its gonna be a sunny morning - with some dark clouds l8er before a nice evening.....

Mitch left in a bad mood this morning......he didn't want to go to work, he wanted to finish his trophies for the do! :) Also we are both still a bit upset over not being able to go to NABD. Never mind, Monday will soon be over.

I'm sure we don't have stoats round here, I've never seen one :)

Seen stoats whilst I'm out an' about but I don't reckon the lot we have round here are rich enuf to buy a round let alone play a round ..... ok, I'll get me coat


Feelin' somewhat delicate today, can't find my keys for doin' all my dog walkin' 'cos I obviously put them somewhere safe before I left on Friday to go to NABD.

Me too just, just about survived after daft geriatric tried to drive me off the road this morning. If you're not an arctic lorry they don't seem to see you :mad: Bring in compulsory eye tests for car drivers I say!

I reckon it might not even be eyesight thats the problem, it's just that age reduces the senses and observation.

What gets me is the silly old bugger was trying to overtake me at 70mph in a 40 mph area and on seeing a car coming the other way tries to pull in....I was in the way, only a bit of nifty avoidance riding and rapid acceleration on my part stopped me being a sandwich between him and the hedge.
Once again an elderly gentleman wonders where such a nice young lady learnt such obscene hand signals :D
Happens all the time round here, they hit 60 and suddenly think they are Sterling Moss.
Silly old stoat was so ridden with arthritis he could barely peer over the steering wheel. I'm used to it now, have grown extra eyes in the back of my head!!!
