I did want to watch it just to see the way the non bikers saw it all coz no doubt thats prob wot itwas, but my bed was calling me (couldnt keep my eyes open any longer!) so didnt get to see it why oh why cant they put this sort of prog on earlier but i guess it was something far more important like football (thats just a load of blokes being paid to run round a field kickin a ball & snoggin each other)!!!! or snooker (no disrespect to any one that actually watches it) or it could be coz our tellys r so full of soap operas (does any one actually watch these prog full of arguing, etc).

I thought it was going to be the same old same old, but it was actually one of the better ‘exposé’ programmes I’ve seen on the Club. There were the usual Altamont references, but the Laughlin stuff was handled quite objectively, even by the local police chief (how could you take police in long shorts seriously, though?!), and the interviewees – well, apart from the religious lot – were articulate and balanced between anti and pro-bike clubs opinions, if anything veering towards tacitly saying that the FBI and police tend to over-sensationalise the issue. I think the clincher was that the comment on which the programme ended was one pointing out that, due to the secrecy maintained by outlaw clubs and their operations, basically the authorities, etc can say anything they like about bike clubs regardless of whether it’s true or not.
