For the sum of just £1050 I will sort out the sticky front brake, get it MOT'd and dealer serviced to keep up the full service history.
OR
For just £850 you can come and take it away as it is.
Apart from the above it is in very very good condition and has been used to commute to work each day until I relented and bought a car 6 months ago.
I'm near Worthing if anyone wants to come and have a look.
