well I'm not sure what I did to break the cycle, but I ain't had trouble for years, touch wood

one really good tip I got was to always sleep with the window slightly open because each body breathes out 1 pint of fluid every night which turns to condensation etc and gets on your throat when you breathe

even do it in winter, seems to work ;)

Reminder to self, open the window tonight so Shaggy freezes his arse off and i'll sneak off into the other bedroom whilst cosy and warm, hehehe. God i'm a rambler today !!!

I suffer from swollen glands from time to time but fortunately my other half is very accomodating...
