Cannabis the junkie dog

Has anybody ever seen or heard of a cartoon called "Cannabis the junkie dog"?Saw it on channel 4 yrs ago when it first started.Only me and a few mates who saw it that night remember it.No one else we talk to about it do.If any one has ,i'd like to get hold of a copy....

we def wernt tripping.had a few beers,etc....it was def on tv once,outrageously funny too,was a scandinavian cartoon that i def know :
