I keep hearing about the 'Gnosis' AWOL magazine project bike but have never seen it. It featured a Norton W@nkel Rotary engine. Anyone got any pics/details?

I had that very issue and thought I left it for Madden when we sold him our house. It was softail thingy , sure it had a single sider swingarm with a renault back wheel or summat like that. If you ask Pat nicely , she could ask Odgie about it.

it was a collaboration between odgie and nottingham custom cycles, who did a lot of the tricky engineering stuff i think,it had a car rear wheel ,single sided swingarm ,raked front end i think it was built for showing at the bike art show?,around that time,it also had inverted front forks and a fancy blue paintjob & was on the front cover of awol (i was only 10 when that issue came out)so i may not remember the exact details.,odgie designed it i think.

I've got the copy of Awol with it in (will see if I can find it amongst all the boxes), it was blue and had this prism type paintjob on it. I remember when it was built but have never seen it in the metal. It was - as Robbie said - built for a big 'art of the motorcycle' type exhibition - it did turn up in BSH not that long ago, I'm sure.

I think I also remember rightly, that when Odgie and co. built it, they had to offset the frame on one side for some reason (?)
