Picked up my new project yesterday. Got it off a mate for bugger all last year but never got round until last night to pick it up. Its a 1994 FZR600R Foxeye, same motor as thundercat. Its been sat for 3 years, been twatted on the water jacket with a hammer cause someone was pissed, and it needs a lot of work and time. Heres a few pics anyway, any ideas, thoughts etc are welcome. Im not in a great hurry to get it done as ive got my KLR etc. Its gonna be a streetfighter for sure though. :D

paint it pink, put the engine into a bike wif a frame and lotsa chrome

or

trike it

:D :D :D

hee hee you had to ask?

think it would look tonnes better with the back end up as high as it'll go

colour is yak though

does the engine turn over ok? Might just need the fuel lines flushed through with new petrol. Our trike had hardly been used for 3 years but it was fine apart from the old petrol. depends how strong the engine is or if it's been started at all in the last 3 years I guess. Bearings may have seized otherwise.

I'm sure you'll make it very pretty Rob :D

Oooohhh Fluffy, tiger skin, mmmmmmmm!
Yeah, motor was good until it got twatted with hammer  Its only gone through the water jacket though so thats easy enough to fix. As far as respray, Black, satin, all over with gloss black wheels and polished edges me is thinkin at the mo. Back end could be either an R1 or ZX9r, depends whats about. Obviously Renthal bars and risers aswell but cant make me mind up on headlight or nose fairing :D Ah well, i suppose it well take about 2 years anyway, i'll probably just restore it as it well be a collectors item by the time ive got it done :D

Matt black would look cool with a LOUD green trim - ie. wheels etc. As to fornt ends, check out a scrappy that pulls these little scooters to bits, I've seen some cool looking nose cones adapted from them. As for the back end, a banana'd arse using a CG125 Brazillian looks rather nice - just a couple of suggestions.

well, even tho I prefer old bikes (oops, I meant classics), I do like the front faring/headlight clusters that look like eyes, evil eyes, lol

nope, I have no idea which bike they're from either, just seen em about a lot.
