DVLA Warning

The DVLA at Swansea is sending out warning letters to drivers as

follows:-

"In order to assist other motorists in identifying potentially

dangerous drivers, it's now compulsory for anyone with low intelligence to display a warning flag.

The flag (comprising of a red cross on a white background) will be

attached to the top of at least one door of their vehicle.

For drivers of exceptionally low intelligence, additional flags are

required. Though non-compulsary, these drivers are also encouraged to

display the flags in the windows of their homes." :D

Road down through France and Spain with me little Enlgland flag strapped on the back of my bike. Not because of any football ( don't know fuggall about football and don't care to) , but just becasue I was on a Crusade.

Gets back on the Sunday and my missus says ." Didn't anyone give you any **** about that , what with the game tonight an all?"
" Nope ," says me ," what game? "
" England v France!"
