Welcome to the Forum Matey! Plenty of other Decrepids on here so we can all share our meds!

Do us a favour and fill out the user CP up on the left hand side there, as we are all getting ancient and senile and forget who we are talking to and it helps if we know a little bit more about you, cheers. And we is also nosey...!

spondy summat of the spine (fecked neck)

Cervical spondolosis. I've got that, riding at anything over legal speeds for any length of time fekkin' knacks for ages after nowadays. Rode into a headwind for 20 miles or so yesterday at 60ish and that did the same. Bloody annoying this getting old shite. Welcome aboard though fella.

Well blow me (no don't....) He's right y'know! I always thought anything "cervical" Was referring to wimmin's problems etc! Unless some Doctor who trained in Nyasaland or Nbyjingila named it and didn't know his arse from his elbow.....
