Been riding bikes since I was 16 years old and finally solvent enough to own more than one. Just coming to the end of a ground up bobber build (my first attempt). Mot next and a few questions which I'll save for later. Restored some older bikes and currently riding a Tiger 1050.

This is my first attempt at a custom bike. I wanted to do as much as possible myself and apart from the powder coating on the wheels and frame I have achieved it. Base bike is a '76 KZ400 with a hardtail conversion. Wheels and forks are from several different bikes and both axles and spacers made to suit. Paint is Deep Candy Red with a 2 part lacquer all sprayed outside when we had some sun!

Other parts made from scratch are the oil tank, rear brake lever, front caliper adaptor and side mount number plate.

I'm pleased with how it turned out and just need to get it mot'd. Hoping to do some shows and runs next year.

Yeah, same colour as my crash hat! I think you should hand it over to me and carry on riding the triumph. you can't ride both.....
