Hi All. I was on here years ago under the name of Noizygit but lost all my details when my computer gave up on me-don't suppose anyone remembers me though as I didn't post very often and hardly ever posted anything sensible ;) I've had bikes since 73, live out on the Suffolk/Essex border, ride a GSX14 and have various other bikes in bits that may or may not get put back together one day!

Well whoever you were, welcome back..

Fill in the user CP up there on the left because after this flurry of two posts nobody is going to remember where you come from.

Oh yeah, nearly forgot..are you male female or poof..your answer depends on what sort of people chat you up..best answer to date is 16 year old girl..

then you will be asked for photo's of your bike..with you draped across it, wearing a smile to show you have teeth.

John.

Damn I thought I was doing ok then I came to that last word-teeth, now I'm screwed!!! As to the other bits I am male but given that I've held a driving licence and had bikes for over 40 years if anyone does try to chat me up I think it best I ignore them ;) I'll try to find a pic of my bike but I don't think I have any recent ones.

Mr Git now has both his accounts merged. And for a quiet bloke he appears to have posted over 500 items of drivel... ;)

Friar Tuck

So what does he ride then?

noisygit
08-01-2014, 11:17 AM
I'm riding a GSX1400 and a very scruffy Guzzi California-or rather I will be riding them when the roads dry out a bit, they're more suited to canoes at the mo ;)

Hah so there's another on here who shares an interest in custard then! I wonder if he also shares interests in raspberry jelly and trichloroethylene? (obviously not all in the same bath though ;) )

Friar Tuck

Trichlorowosname? WTF is that?

noisygit

It's the second best degreaser ever only surpassed by bootleg cider bought from a dodgy farmer in Somerset, it has to be said though trichloroethylene is an all round much safer substance than that rough cider ;)

Just in case anyone doesn't realise I was joking I'd better say that should anyone ever find any trike while it is a very good degreaser it should only be used in a very well ventilated area and even then not for long periods or too often! I believe it has been banned now but I do remember a bunch of machine tool fitters who worked with us and used it often were definitely all a bit nuts and most people did put that down o long periods of cleaning machines with trike!

Jesus wept..lighten up..

We all joke, tell lies and generally fuck about on this forum..

we are all grown ups and know not to drink trike, meths and petrol unless we run out of real booze, we also know not do weld without goggles..

One was speaking from experience of using the aforesaid Trichloroethylene when cleaning printing machinery. Had to tie a piece of rope to me ankle so the lads could pull me back down to earth and I thought I had only used a little bit on a cloth, was well ventilated area too. By eck that stuff is potent. There are other products that claim to do the same as trike, but I have yet to find a better degreasing agent.
