Links nothing bad... well, nothing bad in *that* sense anyway.

Just another scheme to make sure that we all use "approved" stuff in/on our computers... and jack the prices up... the usual stuff, though this looks like it might actually work.

The Basic's are Microsoft are going to build computors that will only work programes licenced through them.
