this sleds called "Patches" and I 1st saw her back in the early 70's. She is responsible for the style of bikes i build and ride.
Its takem me 30 years to find the owner/builder ( he still shows her). And I am now in regular contact with him, when I explained how i 1st saw his bike and how its influenced me. He offered it to me, but i just cant get the money together (so if anyones got around $8000.00 spare - u could make this man very happy).

Bet thats the only thing he`ll be going around, coz I doubt he`ll get his knee down going around corners

thinking about it i would'nt mind throwing my leg over a kwak z 900 again. i had one for a while and it had a pretty cool (for the time 1979) paint job, it was called the grim reaper and if the brakes were anything to go by it very nearly was

an Aston Martin
The father of the owner of the business next door to the unit i work in (did you get all that?? ) is Astons road test driver and every now and then he drops by in a Vanquish to show it off. They are real quiet up to something like 2000rpm, im told they have an exhaust valve to keep things legal at the revs they are noise tested at. As soon as they hit the magic revs all hell lets loose and it...
GROWLS !!! :D
sounds even better than a TVR !! Awesome !!

There are many bikes to wish for, but i wish i had a bigger garage, my recently aquired new garage (with power and light no bench as yet) and house is double and already full ffs i dont want to move again. my 3 bikes, dollys pink trike and her dads step through, barely enough space to swing a 6m length of tube through the bender!
want decent lathe and milling machine..new with all the gadgets and gizmos ..........then build some thing nice and new
back to wish list id make space for a brutale too but would need sporty one too to have matching pair, imposible to live with just one bike as there is no perfect one!

nice boat by the way, a man can never have to many toys...........men have garages .........women handbags
but post divorce was given some good advice..................
anything that flys, floats or fooks should be rented, much cheaper that way

sounds even better than a TVR !! Awesome !!I worked at Cosworth's for a while as a project co-ordinator ( glorified progress chaser!). Often I had go and get parts from suppliers, and if a van wasn't available I had to go and get a car from the test garage. usually it was a ford scorpio fitted a V6 with a turbo or some fuel injection system, but enough grunt to keep the grin factor going!
One day I went to the garage and was given the keys to an Aston Martin Volante fitted with a V12 which was being tested for going into the Vanquish! I have never driven a car that was as fast as that! Boy did it fly! as the yanks say.... AWSOME!
At the other end of the scale I had to drive a "mule Car"! This being a test car fitted with a development engine for Daewoo, FFS! Can you imagine a Cavalier fitted with a V8 3.5 litre engine? It was a PIG! plenty of power just the car wasn't designed to take it! A bit like the Kwacka MachIII 750! Ok on the straights (just!) but don't expect to go round bends and don't do emergency stops! As one guy found out, he put it in a ditch!
Oh and I still want a Triumph Bonneville America!
