I always fancied one when I was younger and only bought this because I sold My 1100 Dragstar last July but I gotta admit I miss the old Draggy terrible, I bought this and funded a trip to Australia last November on the proceeds so all was not lost. I got to say for a bike of it's age it is in good nick but the reason it has to go is I had both knee joints replace a few years ago so the riding position is very uncomfortable for me compared to the forward controls on the Draggy....:(

i'm sure there's somewhere here who'll sell you what you need.

that OZ trip sounded good, did you ride there?

I ask as I'd love to 'do' one those coastal roads....

My Daughter actually emigrated to the Gold Coast 18 months ago and I got to say it is a fantastic place to live with some spectacular rideout material, I did get a ride whilst there I got talking to a couple of guys from a back patch group whilst at the beach one day and got on really well with them and one of them let me ride his Triumph Rocket III and was really impressed with it wouldn't mind owning one myself if I come up on the Lotto :thumbsu: but other than that it was mainly just ogling at every bike that went past....:D
