I know of a few but would like to see if there are anymore.

where about in the midlands are you and how far do you want to travel??
i am based in south birmngham J3 M42 and i consider all these to be local rallies


22 to 24 april Bosted Bladder-jugsters MCC J11 M42
29april to 1may Stags'n'Slags 11 Lichfield
13 to 15 may 12th dwent and did it Derbyshire
20 to 22nd past it mcc bromsgrove
17 to 19 june ( Yoda recommended Rally) Boring old fartz whistle with the wind

there are loads more on there and you can switch the calender to day view so you can scan the events for location easier
