I fancy doing a cafe racer type of project with it, at present it's got a 2 into 1 motad exhaust so that has to go and twin upswept exhausts fitted to replace it, dropped handlebars and a single seat unit. I also want to get engine rebuilt and tweaked a bit to give it a litle bit more oomph

drop the 400 top end on it - then lighten teh whole thing as much as poss - gonna be hard tho as teh engine was well over enginnered and bloody heavy :(

my m8 skipped 2 full working dreams and 1 superdream last week as no one wanted them :(
