Could anyone point me in the direction of where trikes are advertised other than the mags and fleabay. (still waiting for my copy of trike to arrive!)Does autotrader advertise them?
Looking to buy in around March, looking to spend 3 to 4k.
VW trikes seem to go for stupid money so will be looking for a bike engined trike of at least 750cc.
I want a proper trike framed one, not a bolt on back end job. Must be a runner and rideable with MOT but I'm happy to take on one that needs TLC
Cheers all.

I just bought a Valkyrie off a bloke who is also selling a Goldwing GL1500 trike. A full EML conversion including leading links.

Don't know what your budget is but he is looking for 8k which is rediculously cheap for one of these.....

Let me know if this is of any interest...

I would recommend these people, they do build their own Vw trikes but also buy and sell others, they also offer a service were they will come and have a look at any trike you are intending to buy and give you an honest health check of it.
Just ask for Marc

Thanks for the above guys.

I'm aware of the trike doctor and do lurk on their forum occasionally, just havnt seen anything on that site that's screamed buy me. I also purchased a small item from their online shop that was never delivered and have as yet not had a reply to the many emails I've sent which doesn't put much faith in their cutomer service! Still I live in hope.

Twizzle, what donor bikes would you recommend as a basis for a new trike, bearing in mind I don't want a bolt on rear end and would prefer a shaftie and dont mind it being a hard tail?

anything 750 upwards, whatever bike you can find @ a decent price,
will give you a running pak of motor, leccys, carbys, pipes etc, front
end n so on, bits not needed you can resell on ebay or here. shaft
prefered then, wings, pan euros, gt 1000, anything its easy to buy
spares for without high prices.

If Trike Doctor are anything to do with UK Triker I wouldn't trust them to sort a blown bulb.
