its not a room - its a room in a shared house.

15' x 16' living room, sky tv blah blah.

kitchen with stainless hob / oven etc

bog downstairs, bathroom up (shower and bath)

garden out back (18' x 25') with decking

conservatory... for... um... plants ;)

drive with space for 2 normal cars.

garage (shared with 1 other bike / biker)

sound any better you bunch of cynical gits :) ?

its also (as mentioned above) the going rate in this area - and for slough its actually quite nice (i used to live there myself, i now rent it out)

Could be worse, could be Brighton...
Mrs R's Sprog's paying over £350 a month for a room in a flat, without parking or owt!

His flat would cost £189,000 to buy – I don't think we've got that sort of money
