Not too far off a thousand members now..are there any ewan macgregors or niall mackenzies etc amonst us?

There could well be a celeb amongst us...not that i'm too bothered just thought it would be a good thread starter...and who knows?

Met Ted simon last weekend and i had no idea who he was til i saw the 'The long way' round dvd at me bros.

I met Ted and had supper with him and a couple others, he helped out counting the money for the snowball run til he got bored lol then I saw him again at breakfast before he got his train back to France :) :) :)

Gonna have to watch that again now . Where are you in the film ?

have fun , doubt you would reconise me tho - was 8 stone 28" waiste :)

was in several scenes that made it to the original film - only saw premier (got free tickets)

Russians in jeep go over leavel croosing firing guns - i got shot n fell out

fireman on the train (yep was qualified fireman)

rest i believe were cut out

The russian start i have on my Denim came from my costume :)

The wife of the late Stuart Adamson (Big Country) nearly ran me over in Asda's car park. :eek: Had she done so I'd have been famous for ooohh 5 seconds! :D

Got my ugly mug in BSH 2 or 3 times in the 'Odgie era,was in the background in an AWoL pic and got my photo taken with a Scottish Blood Transfusion Service nurse during a Blood Run a few years ago,big pic in the Edinburgh Evening News.Took about 30-40 minutes of arseing about in the freezing cold to get something that was pretty cheesy.Wasn't exactly glamourous! :eek: :eek:
