arrived yesterday me new (2nd hand) 1000 watt amp and arrived this morning me new mixer desk :)

taken me nearly 3 hours to make patch leads and get it working - but the diff in sound quality is deffo worth it...

now just gotta buy some jack plugs n stuff to make new speaker wires up - aint it always the same - new stuff totaly diff connectors than what ive got :(

theer lucky got wooden floors and they start to vibrate badly after about 1/4 volume - when i have it all sorted properly and when i get a nice day will take amp,mixer,cd decks n speakers into the garden to try :)

Know that one Creature, took my PA up the garage the other evenin'. Set it up, twiddled all the pots on the mixer first then hit the power button, can't get the bloody thing to do what it done at the Chilly Willy - I hate intermittant faults. Gonna do it again at the w/e in the garden this time so there's no bits to clatter around as I crank the volume. So for a brief period of time we're gonna have a comunity gig - whether they like it or not .....

Bummer that Stevie,,, hope you find the fault - my own disco could probally fix ya mike & madalin out - but like at chilly willy wouldnt know until we tried it :)

could it just have been the damp n cold causing a bit o condesation ???
