Sprockets and gearing

The gs550 chop im building at the mo is running a z440 or z650 ltd 16 inch rear wheel.If the measurements are known between front and rear sprockets etc is there any way to work out sprocket sizes etc as i think the gearing is gonna be well out if left as is

It's a Yank site,but they're not as Gung-Ho or in yer face as some.You'll have to register to get the full use,but as some of the US-spec GSs used 16" rears you should find what you're after.Also there're a couple blokes on there that know more about carbs than anybody i've ever known.
