Driving down the A15 in Lincs today, saw a few signs attached to various places along the roadside. They read have the word 'STEALTH' below that is an 'eye' shape with a camera and a bike in the centre!
Thsi suggests to me that we may be watched covertly on the roads in Lincolnshire?
