her ex slide it down the road and took edge of barrels out - used liquid metal to replace took it down the road n seized it solid, so will split the engine and sell the good bits on - and try n find anotehr engine when funds permit

have keys n docs

It's either a CBR or a CB 1000 motor.

its a honda cb1000 bigone - dont know anything about the honda cb1000 at all, so until i get a manual wont know whats orig and whats not

Dunno about that Nik just found out the cost of another engine n rad :(

but it wuill sit in teh back of me shed untill i get rid of soem of teh other stuff i have lying around - hopefully will make enough to put her back on teh road

Speak to Pyro - I got him a free CBR1000 a couple o' years ago and I don't think he's done anything with it ... ;)

Rads are rads, mate, you'll probably find anything of a similar size will do the job - scrapyard rooting is the way forward. ;)

Creature, the cost of a honda rad for a CB1000 is exorbitant.

I had one made up for me by a local firm for well under half the price of the original. On my bike they were going every 30,000 miles.

The CB motor was a retuned CBR1000 lump, so the CBR motor should slot straight in, and there's plenty of those around, I think.

not quite the thing, but if it helps you out your welcome to it

I have a curved GSXR radiator laid under the bench

not quite ideal but maybe it will get it up and going again

some "improvised" plumbing and away you go
