does anyone know if you can use reversing led lamps as front marker lamps on a trike. i am sure that front marker lamps are only 5 watt if using a normal bulb but i am not sure what wattage reversing lights are. i have found some lamps i like but the only white lens i can find that matches the rest of the lights i have found are reversing ones.

HI,
normal reverse lamps are 21 watt, so make sure you change the bulbs, but won't they be rather large?. I've used caravan marker lamps on mine, small & neat.

What size bulb holder does it have? You may be able to get a smaller wattage bulb with the same bayonet size. You can get a 5W and 10W bulb that fits the 15mm 21W cap size

Check out... http://www.vintagecarparts.co.uk/en/list+electrical~auto+bulb/

BA15 is 15mm bayonet cap. S= single filament, d = double filament

Dracken1 will probably have a contact for the LED version, or google led pcb and see what comes up.
