can anyone point me in the right direction for info on building a custom exhaust for a xv535?dave

go with drag pipes (no bigger than 2 inch bore), minimal baffles (nothing at all) and up jet one size

you can buy either mild or stainless pre formed bends, cut them up and weld together to get the shape you want, grind the welds out and polish..

any exhaust place should be able to get you mild ones from bothal or others, for stainless search on the web or a decent pipe suppliers for dairy grade stuff
