Yamaha XJ 650 engine rebuild kit

Hi all.

I have a full rebuild kit for a yamaha xj650.

It includes,

4 pistons

4 sets of rings

4 gudgeon pins

circlips

head gasket

base gasket

tunnel gasket

second hand barrels that have been rebored.

All parts are genuine yamaha parts in original packaging. The pistons and rings are oversized to fit the rebored barrels. The pistons are now discontinued and are becoming increasingly rare. Also included (if I can find it ) is a new chain tensioner.

I am only looking to recoupe what I can as these were bought for a customers bike but due to various reasons I have ended up with them and several hundred pounds out of pocket. The parts cost £579.56 and the barrels with rebore were around £100.

not been funny mate but i reckon near 700 quid for this is probly more than an old xj650 is worth these days,i have one plus a spare motor,i reclon only worth mebbe 400 quid tops.....
if you got a price in mind tho,suppose it wunt hurt to tell us

Yeah I know I'm only trying to recoupe some losses and I would accept something close to £400 just to shift it on and get it out of my way.
