Strider,Easter early this year so the weather will play a part on the numbers on the run itself.
As to the night time party we seem to get bigger every year, but a small point we are moving not only because the event is growing but also due to new estates being built and encroaching on what used to be waste ground.
So before we have problems with objections etc we are moving.
Everyone the band lists are not in order just a list of who was playing.
Thanks for posting the info Skida.

The catering has been sorted. Unlike a rally where there is a captive audience all day, the Egg Run has quiet periods and then moments of mayhem.

For all those going on the run: Please be careful. We have been informed by the Council and the Police that they will not tolerate road-blocking and that there will be no Police Riders with us this year. They seem to think that road blocking causes traffic congestion - just wait 'til they see the effect of 500 bikes trying to turn right at a junction waiting for gaps in the traffic.
The run will go ahead but will take longer than all the years when we had Police support.
We do apologise for the inconvenience, but the anti-bike elements seem to have taken over in positions of authority.

Ah but they are all pissed at that time :) I found myself buying a hat for £35 at the FYP last year late in the evening ........... £35!!!!!!!!!! I nearly had a heart attack the next morning :)
See you there mate

£35!!! Was it a hat belonging to the Pope? Or Billy Connelly or someone really feckin famous or something? I sincerely hope you have had it laminated and nicely framed and hung on your wall to remind you of your absolute stupidity when drunk? Jesus thats enough to warn you off drinking for life that is!!

and i forgot to thank sarah for her patience and discount for my mates tatt
i used to foster for the cats protection league and rehomed over 100 cats and kittens in the year i worked with them
unfortunately the particular group i was working with decided that half a tin of food per day per cat was all they would give me, and i had 25 of them at the time,,, if u know how to make sure that 25 cats all get half a tin of food please tell me,,,lol,,,and i dont believe keeping abused cats on a starvation diet is quite as reasonable as they did,,,,so i had to quit,,, :(
hope to see you all again soon,,,, :D
