I have spent the last few days trying to replace the 6 spokes that broke in dismantling the RXS wheels.... I don't need a set and cant afford the £35 for the set!!!

Yet I'm sure if theses are only sold in sets and spokes can easily get brokens... why is no one selling their spares or parts sets!!!!????

Saying that I've got some dragstar rear wheel spokes sitting in my shed for the 3 I broke two years ago at £65 a set I break then up and sell them on ebay!

because

if you broke 6 it stands to reason that the rest are just as shite and may break on use which is not good, so replace the whole lot or don't bother - it's a front wheel of a bike and so is a criticle safety part of your bike.

Also if they break that easy - get a different wheel

It wasn't the spokes, the spokes were fine, it was the rusted solid nipples (spent an age and trying to undo them, they didn't snap easily!). I have loads of newish nipples from another wheel just no spokes

what length are they? ive a couple of old honda 90 wheels in the shed, you never know, they may have spokes the right length!
