try the british museum - in the pile of shit, replaced by something that works, built in a foreign country department

buy classic bike magazine, its full of ads for folk who refurbish components for old brit stuff. i personally sent my lucas magneto off to a guy called kirby rowbotham, he stripped the guts out of it, and fitted a boyer bransen electronic ignition inside its casing. when its on, you cant see the difference, but its now a first kick starter every time, summer and winter, and i dont have to mess about with an adv/ret lever, it also now ticks over better and runs relaibly all the time, better than it ever did with either of the 2 magnetos it had on before.
