Happy Imbolc (candlemass) ye pagan folk of the forum. 'Tis our personal biggest festival of the year so we'll be off to do dark and mysterious doings tonight ;) And I do believe a snowdrop has pooped up at the end of the garden, very fortuitous!

Dammit, messy buggers, I meant popped of course:D
That's a good site Technoboiler. Bride is our household Goddess so this festival is particularly important to us. It's traditional for the priestess to wear a candle crown during the ritual but imagining a crude tinfoil beanie and wonkie candles setting me hair alight I decided not to :) We'll have to get someone sensible to make one for us for future celebrations.

I won't recommend the hand fastening but my little boy was named at wychbury hill just outside Stourbridge..
Alledgedly a 2000 year old elm tree grew there that some little bastard chavs burnt don't 2 weeks before our ceremony..

Incredible, it stood for 2000 years just to be burnd down by chavscum!!!!! What is the world coming too?
I'm sure we've heard of wychbury hill, will have to look it up on net. had a wonderful night last night, all went to plan perfectly and I didn't set my hair alight! We're all in for a wonderful summer.
