This moorland took over an hour to cross - stunning place, but you REALLY wouldn't want to live there.

Chain snapped - it's very old (was actually put on in about 2000), but I was hoping it'd finish the trip. Mike at Edinburgh Trike Services riveted it back together and it did the 600 miles or so home without a worry.

New set of C&S on order on Monday. :)

Lots of oiling and an oboard tensioner that keeps it perfectly adjusted at all times. ;)

Been to the place in the first pic a few times ,it's the sands in scumfries tis normally flooded this time of year tho :D
Also been to tongue a few times too ,stayed at the youth hostel down by the causeway also nearly got taken out by a highland coo on the road out of tongue were it goes over the moors /hills
Tongue is a tidy place to chill zero noise and light polution make the sky look crystal clear ,couple of good shagging beaches up there too:thumbsu:
