My Life, already!
If I was Prime Monster I would cut Taxis to 2p in the pound. I would give free sex on the national health, I would make holidays abroad compulsory and all bikers would get a fortnight (around the Faro Rally) off as a religious holiday. All foriegners will be sent home unless they owe me money or are contributing to society in other ways (ie. Owe Tuck money).
Transport.... 15 year olds can ride restricted mopeds and scooters. 16 - 17 yr olds restricted 125's deristricted with a CBT. 18 yr olds to ride 33bhp with hike to any limit at 20. Cars to be restricted to those who really need them, large families and the disabled. All cars banned from city centres, ptw's and trikes only and a bike lane on motorways. Road tax for bikes to be £10 a year and insurance is to be reviewed by a government official (me).
Health... Podiatrists to get £2,000 training fee on top of any benefits whilst training. Free treatment for British born peeps and everybody else pays on a sliding scale.
Asylum seekers to be thoroughly investigated and sent back if lying or to get benefits. All will work in state run factories and farms until accepted. Wages will be paid, but all bills for board and lodge will be deducted first.
Economy... Feck it we will borrow as much as we can from the French and then get the banks to wipe the debt out, due to a high tide at Eastbourne, that washed away a beachside hut and soaked the carpets of the cafe next door.
Foriegn Policy.... Life insurance on foreigners will go up as they will be hunted down and sent home.
Gypsies... Since hunting foxes with hounds is now illegal, an open season will be declared on gypsies between 00.01 Jan 1st - 23.59 Dec 31st each year. The two minutes grace is for the season of good will and a moving target is more fun....
