It's a long time since I've trained. Was two gradings off my black belt (Taekwondo) when I smashed my ankle up. Took ages to heal properly and I never went back. Wished I had.

Mind you, an ex-friend of mine was arrested for having a rocket launcher under his bed. The fact that the Old Bill only found it when they searched his flat after they'd stopped his car and found a 9-mil under his seat did not bode well for him.
