got a zl400 is leaking oil from a "cap" fitted to the outer casing over the shaft output section,is just apush fit with a rubber seal.
question: is there sposed to be oil in this area as the thin seal on this cap doesnt appear to be a pressure seal,the cap isnt held in by anything,is just a loose push fit far as i can see.inside of the hole is a shaft with a nut on it and this is sitting in a large ball roller bearing.ive got a faint feeling something is missing in this area but haventa clue what.
any ideas or a picture of what it looks like with cap removed,or a a manual in pdf perhaps.
