Nightclub recommendation

:rolleyes: I have been left in charge of organising a night out to celebrate a pal's 40th.
Can anyone suggest a decent nightclub/pub with bands/D.j type place that us fellow bikers might enjoy on a Saturday night in the London/Middlesex and surrounding area's?
Please bear in mind we are no spring chickens and Thrash Metal kinda hurts our ears.
Somewhere where we can feel at home and not feel like 'old farts' among students/school kids.

If your talking cen lon on a sat you could try Gossips, off dean st which runs from oxford st-picadilly circus. it runs all week but do different nights, goth on a friday, i think, lol.
It more your old style rock music, ac/dc, faster pussycat, poison, etc, they play no new stuff at all.
Usually rock crowd there but some bikers depends wot week it is,lol
I go there and sometimes the reprobates brotherhood use it too, they a great bunch.

Might be a long shot but what about the Ace Cafe?

Ace cafes cool but only open to 11/12 and it ok if you like rockabilly old time rock and roll.
Could go there and then jump on to tube to gossips, it dont close till 4 in the morn.
I sound like i f*cking work for gossips dont i?, lol

We do go to the Ace sometimes but it is a bit awkward to get to and just as you start to "get into it" it closes.
Gossips sounds good, I think we will be giving it a go :D
