I remember they tried to play in a strict bible bashing town called Ballymena back home. The council got the gig cancelled. The called the band a Satanism band... fecking ELC (still makes me grin) When they got the gig cancelled the Mayor was reported to say that the lord had spoken...

Rather before a lot of Motorcycle things....I Saw Pink Floyd Origininal lineup and the Who before moooony died .....and a local hop place put the Sex Pistols on .....they were so crap at the time we walked away after 2 numbers and rode away I was a pillion on a BSA 650 at the time beacause I ony had a 125 and coudnn't keep up so one of my elder brothers mates who took me down. .....The same place put Boomtoown Rats on we Didn't go.......But another place a lot nearer put Mariillion on ...Saw that....What is the Diference...
