i have a relaable 600 but really want to change the back swing arm to somthign well diffrant just to make myself happy.
i have fallen for a VFR 750 swing arm and wondered is it acctully possable to put it on it without makign mass changes as i not got the cash to really go to town as this is my only bike and cant afford a spare lmao
sorry for spelling i really am terrible at it as you can see.:thumbsu:

its been done a few times on b12's so can be done on a 6 the problems are .........
the width of the arm at the pivot
bearing sizes mean you will need new bushing made
getting the wheels aligned requires machining
new shock & linkage mounts will be needed
thats just the basics so if you cant do the work yourself & are skint i'd say forget it for a while & do an easier swap ;)

I had this thought back in 2000 when I had me Bandit 6 , I ended up having the standard arm braced with tube steel cos it was a way of getting the look I was after and wasnt a great deal of cash involved as I designed it and gave it to the fabricator to make and weld .
Wasnt one sided but got people asking about it .
