2 things
my new trike is going to be similar 'Frame style' to this (piccy below)

Question 1
opinions needed on what type of handlebars i should go for???
there will be a paitr of huge 7 gallon fatbobs on it and the front enf will be using slabyokes with USD forks and a greater rake than the one in the picture

(I LOVE APES...so people recommending apes can sit on my lap at the next forum party)
(and when i say apes i mean the non furry kind...just incase you sicko's accuse me of sleeping with monkeys...)

Question2
What colour should i paint it (i like pearls and candies) and would prefer something ghosted into it

Medium rise apes.. say 14" would suit that kind of trike, and Candy Apple Red is superb on a bike or trike,, make it really stand out... over that put outline flames... in slightly darker red... MMmmmmmm...

A set of wide bars,like the old "Indian" ones,sort of like beach bars but not, if you know what I mean ;)
As for the paint,hmmmmmm...............


















I like the original "Ford"colour :D :D :rolleyes:

apes are good but i think wide pullbacks would look better on it as for colour maybe a nice metallic purple

Candy apple red does it for me but no flames ive always fancied doing an incompleted cross word on the tank of a bike give you some thing to do at the traffic lights.

Wide pullbacks and pink/purple or green/purple flip.

with teles and more rake than the one in the pic. you would be best off with bars with some width, regardless of height as your going to need the leverage especially with that lump of pig iron engine ;)
colour? how about a black primer followed by a black artistic MARBLIZER coat. then something like crumpled tin foil or one of those tree bark type rollers from b&q pressed into it followed by deep red candy and clear.
kandy is a bugger to spray so make sure whoever you have do it is used to kandy ;)

Definately California pullbacks!

Colour? Mmm! B&Q do a good range! And mix to your choice as well! Vinyl silk Magnolia's good.

ok yoda here goes.
i'll scan some pics of these and mail them to you in a few minutes.

1.. roadking style bars in 1" 32.5" wide,end rise 5.5", centre 12", pullback 16".
made by "chubby"
2.. 1.25" bar 35" wide, 8" rise, 10" pullback. these have a 1" centre section probably meant for the 3.5" centre spacing of a harley .made by "buff"

jeez theres a few i'll just scan and send them and let you decide. :D
