anyone got any simple tips or hints on constructing them??#

quite visible so want it neat, got 1.5" system coming back, then need to get it up to 2" for the harley silencers, ebay got plenty of them stepped ones, but nothing that will do the job.

I got plenty of tubing laid about, but just wondering about construction, maybe rolling a cone and cutting accordingly to weld up to the appropriate size tubing??

anyone got a simpler way

mild steel

exhaust front end is 1.5" (38mm) OD the silencer that I want to use is roughly (need to measure it) 45mm ID

was going to try and roll a 3mm thick sleeve and use this to do it simply

but going to measure it all up properly tomoro

if you got time BJ to make a couple to my dimensions then I would appreciate prices and timescales, you made the 4-1 collector for my lowrider

i do a set of spacers for silencers consisting of 3 or 4 rings that fit inside the other i'm almost certain that if you use all of them they would make up that clearance.

JUST DOUBLE CHECKED.
THEY REDUCE FROM 45MM TO 35MM IF ALL ARE USED.
not enough is it:(

It is if the silencer is actually 45mm.

1 1/2" OD is 38.1mm.
