How do ya upload a pici??

I have tried to upload joke pici's, etc or some of my pc 'n' cant do it, any one help? :confused:

in the 'reply to thread' use 'manage attachments' button or you can link from a website too

I can't on here........... (can on other forums tho :confused: ) cos the window that pops up is blank, and can't copy/paste it like i can with some pop-ups!!!!!!
