Going there soon (Normandy), got a 600 mile range on the car so wondered if its cheaper filling up here in the UK or over there?

Shouldn't think so mate. We seem to be charged more for just about everything here! :mad:
But then we as a nation just sit back and let this goverment take us for a bunch of cnuts, instead of getting off our arses and doing summat about it! :rolleyes:

If petrol prices the other week (when we were over there) are owt to go by, they're no different to what they are here, unless you fill up at a hypermarket like Auchon, then it's a bit cheaper! :D

Last weeks CBW (coach n bus trade mag) listed GB average (2nd highest) at 133.1 pence per litre and France (9th highest) at 115.47 pence per litre

Cheers guys, looks like its a bit cheaper over there, might as well go with an empty(-ish) tank then:)
